About the Role
This is a newly created senior leadership position sitting at the heart of how LCA operates and grows. You will work alongside the Managing Director, Business Manager, and lead program staff to support our people, shape our programs, and keep both teams performing at their best.
You will:
- Lead day-to-day operations across Behaviour Support and Support Coordination
- Hold line management responsibility for all clinical and coordination staff, including structured supervision
- Drive recruitment, induction, performance management, and professional development
- Contribute to organisational strategy development and implementation
- Champion quality improvement, practice standards, and NDIS compliance
- Contribute to governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement

About You
You are a values-driven leader who holds people accountable with care and clarity. You know the disability sector, you believe in person-centred practice, and you want to lead somewhere that takes both seriously.
You will bring:
- A degree in Psychology, OT, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Disability or a related field
- Five or more years in disability or community services
- Demonstrated team leadership and supervision experience
- Sound NDIS and compliance knowledge
- Working knowledge of PBS and/or Support Coordination practice is desirable
Postgraduate qualifications and AHPRA or AASW registration are advantageous.
