We are looking for organised, proactive, and positive Customer Service Coordinators to join our close-knit operations team. In this phone-based role, you will be the welcoming voice of our business and the hub of our day-to-day operations working closely with your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
About the Role
As part of a supportive team, your main focus will be bringing structure and efficiency to our schedules. You will be the vital phone and email bridge between our clients and our professional team, managing appointments and ensuring clear, friendly communication every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Phone & Email Liaison: Act as the friendly first point of contact on the phones, connecting our clients with our internal team to confirm appointments and provide a seamless service experience. Best of all, there is no cold calling or sales involved.
- Team Scheduling: Working alongside your colleagues in the office, you will collaboratively manage and optimise our Valuers' calendars, ensuring efficient, stress-free daily workflows for the entire team.
- Workflow Coordination: Keep a sharp eye on turnaround times and work with your teammates to ensure our internal systems and documentation stay accurate and up to date.
