Our client is a global alternative investment manager looking to hire an Investment Analyst or Associate to join their Real Estate Private Credit team in Sydney.

With a long and proven track record of providing flexible, tailored financing solutions across the APAC region, this is a platform that has gained significant traction investing in real estate and construction private credit over a number of years and has a deep capital pool for them to deploy from. They have the benefit of both a global footprint yet local and agile investment decision making capability.

The Investment Analyst / Associate will support their continued growth and expansion within real estate private credit investing. Key responsibilities of the role will involve supporting the team with all aspects of due diligence and deep financial analysis to ensure the successful deployment of funds. As part of a collegiate team, you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of investing and will have the opportunity to learn from a highly experienced and well-credentialed senior team.

The successful applicant will have a genuine interest in Real Estate and be keen to join a high performing team that offers exceptional training.

They likely will have:

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or structured finance gained from an investment bank, independent advisory firm or real estate investment team
• Highly analytical and numerate nature
• Curious and inquisitive investor mindset
