Business owners in the UAE are facing real challenges — and most are facing them alone. We're on a mission to change that by building a real & supportive business owner community, and we need someone exceptional to help us make it happen.

THE ROLE

You'll join our global team by being on the ground the ground in Dubai and Abu Dhabi helping business owners in the UAE actually succeed.

Your job: build relationships with business owners, understand their real challenges, and get them to join our community that will transforms how they run their companies and dramatically increase their chances of success.

You'll run weekly networking events, close deals, and work directly with Damien Patterson — a global entrepreneur who has built multiple successful businesses across three continents.

This isn't a desk job. You'll have real conversations with real business owners facing real challenges, and you'll see the immediate impact of your work.

WHAT YOU GET

AED 18,000–25,000/month base + performance incentives

Monday–Friday 9–5 with evening/weekend events as required

Work remotely mostly but you will spend time out and about meeting people and building relationships

Annual all-expenses-paid invitation to the IntegrityX Global Conference (past locations: Australia, South Africa, Philippines, Egypt)

Direct mentorship from Daimien Patterson

Genuine autonomy in how you structure your work

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→ English first-language speaker

→ 3–5+ years of B2B sales success selling to business owners or and managers.

→ You've closed deals. You understand business. You walk into a room and have real conversations.

→ Confident but not arrogant. You listen more than you talk. Listen then offer real solutions to help people.

→ Self-motivated, coachable, resilient — rejection fuels you, not stops you.

Bonus points: Experience in the Middle East. Background selling memberships or business education programs.

THE TIMELINE

Applications close: 30 June

Group interviews: 2–3 July

Selection board: 7 July

October 1 launch — you'll spend July and August training, planning and building our program, building relationships and running events, then closing paid memberships from October.
