Working closely with the Executive Coordinator, this position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day service delivery across the organisation.

As a key point of contact for students, the role will involve support calls, onboarding calls, phone enquiries and email communication. You will also support accurate reporting, documentation and database management to ensure information is maintained correctly and service delivery runs smoothly.

Your other key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service to students, members and external stakeholders
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, including student support and onboarding calls
  • Responding to emails in a timely, clear and professional manner
  • Supporting student enquiries, follow-ups and general administration
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal databases and CRM systems
  • Assisting with report documentation and general business administration

With supportive onboarding and training provided, this role offers the opportunity to build knowledge of the real estate training and membership industry, with potential for further development as the role evolves.

About you

The successful candidate will be reliable, customer-focused and confident communicating with a range of people over the phone and via email. You will have strong attention to detail, a professional manner and the ability to manage follow-up tasks in a timely and organised way.

Previous customer service or administration experience will be highly regarded, however no formal qualifications or real estate industry training are required. More important will be your willingness to learn, positive approach and genuine interest in supporting students and members.

The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with members, clients and internal stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality, will be essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and other related digital platforms will also support your success in this role.
