We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand their customer base and make their mark in a role with one of the most lucrative commission structures in the industry.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on revenue and customer satisfaction
- Meet with prospective clients and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Prepare sales contracts, maintain accurate records, and deliver strong after-sales support
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing sales culture
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- A strong, demonstrable sales track record
- Transport, logistics, or freight forwarding knowledge (highly regarded)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Sharp communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skill
