We're looking for a Data Analyst / BI Developer who can transform raw data into meaningful insights that help drive smarter business decisions. If you're passionate about Power BI, SQL, Python and building intuitive reporting solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work alongside business stakeholders to design dashboards, optimise reporting, and uncover insights that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in delivering business intelligence solutions by:

• Building and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Developing advanced DAX measures and calculations
• Transforming and modelling data using Power Query (M Query)
• Writing and optimising complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects
• Improving query performance and ensuring efficient reporting
• Using Python to automate reporting, analyse datasets, and streamline processes
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with strong technical capability and a passion for solving business problems through data.

Essential Skills

Strong commercial experience with Power BI

Advanced DAX development skills

Strong experience using Power Query (M Query)

Advanced SQL skills, including:

Complex queries

Stored Procedures

Views

Performance optimisation

Proficiency in Python for:

Data analysis

Automation

Reporting

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with Azure

Data Warehousing or ETL experience

Exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry
