We’re looking for a Promotions & Admin Coordinator to join our high-performing team at MIX104.9 and HOT100. This role is high energy, supporting activations, promotions and competitions that entertain our listeners in the local community, alongside coordinating the administrative tasks that keep the station running smoothly.

About The Role

  • Support the briefing, project management and post‑campaign reporting of station promotions
  • Assist with the implementation of content‑led and client‑integrated campaigns from concept through to activation
  • Contribute to campaign brainstorming, providing insights and learnings from past promotions
  • Coordinate campaign assets and supporting go‑to‑market execution
  • Assist with sourcing prizing and managing promotional logistics for campaigns and events
  • Support on‑ground activations including event set‑up, pack‑down and daily car crosses when required
  • Assist with general office administration, including phones, reception and day-to-day office coordination
  • Support a positive, well-organised office environment that enables teams to deliver great entertainment outcomes
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a brand ambassador at all times

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 6-12+ months' administration experience (media experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills with attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with confidence engaging a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, team‑focused mindset with a genuine passion for media, entertainment and audience experiences
