We're looking for an exceptional Global Influencer & Partnerships Specialist to help us build a world-class brand and community.

This is not a role for someone who simply sends product gifting emails.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes creators, partnerships, talent relationships, brand collaborations and cultural moments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and managing influencer relationships globally
• Identifying creators before they become expensive
• Negotiating partnerships and long-term ambassador agreements
• Managing product seeding and gifting campaigns
• Developing brand collaborations with like-minded wellness, beauty and lifestyle brands
• Coordinating creator events, PR moments and launches
• Managing influencer reporting, performance and ROI
• Working directly with the founders on growth, strategy and creative campaigns
• Helping Well Verti become the most talked-about wellness filtration brand in the world
• Must be able to justify every dollar spent with measurable outcomes
• Commercially minded, making decisions based on ROI, not emotion

What We're Looking For

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR or brand collaborations
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised and proactive
• Commercially minded and confident negotiating partnerships
• Obsessed with brands, marketing and consumer behaviour
• Someone who genuinely understands wellness, beauty, lifestyle and premium consumer brands
• A self-starter who loves building things from the ground up
