Convenient locations plus new technology enables a seamless recycling experience both at fully staffed depots and Express collection points.

We are seeking Area Managers to manage a portfolio of Return-It Depots and maintain partner relationships across South-East Melbourne. Reporting to State Operations Manager, the role will have an overall responsibility for the success and profitability of depots and partner relationships within their area.

You will

Manage profitability of Return-It Depots within your designated region.
Responsible for direct reports of up to 5 Depot Managers in addition to depot team members across sites in your region.
Actively seek revenue growth, to ensure Return-It is constantly developing within the area
Meet sales targets by identifying, establishing, and maintaining current and future client relationships.
Build business relationships with existing and future partners for continuous growth
Ensure sites are operational and comply with all company processes and safety procedures.
Ensure all depots maintain a high level of customer service and retention.
