Convenient locations plus new technology enables a seamless recycling experience both at fully staffed depots and Express collection points.
We are seeking Area Managers to manage a portfolio of Return-It Depots and maintain partner relationships across South-East Melbourne. Reporting to State Operations Manager, the role will have an overall responsibility for the success and profitability of depots and partner relationships within their area.
You will
- Manage profitability of Return-It Depots within your designated region.
- Responsible for direct reports of up to 5 Depot Managers in addition to depot team members across sites in your region.
- Actively seek revenue growth, to ensure Return-It is constantly developing within the area
- Meet sales targets by identifying, establishing, and maintaining current and future client relationships.
- Build business relationships with existing and future partners for continuous growth
- Ensure sites are operational and comply with all company processes and safety procedures.
- Ensure all depots maintain a high level of customer service and retention.
