Real Estate Sales Associate (Cronulla)

The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven and comfortable picking up the phone to generate opportunities. You'll enjoy prospecting, booking appraisals, following up buyers and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced, high-performing agents while receiving ongoing coaching, mentorship and career development within one of Australia's leading independent real estate agencies. This is a full-time position (Monday-Saturday with a half-day RDO midweek) based in our Cronulla office.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Calling prospective clients and vendors from a premium database to generate appraisals through both warm and cold calls
  • Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining and updating our CRM system
  • Attending and assisting with open homes, listing presentations and auctions
  • Conducting OFI callbacks and preparing buyer feedback reports
  • Working towards daily and weekly prospecting and sales targets
  • Attending sales training, team meetings and company events
  • Working Saturdays with a mid-week half-day RDO
  • Using systems including Agentbox, RP Data, RateMyAgent, realestate.com.au, Domain, Realhub, Smartsheets and social media platforms

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • Ideally 6-12 months+ experience in real estate, sales or a business development role
  • Confidence making outbound prospecting calls
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • A positive attitude with the drive to learn and succeed
  • Strong confidence while remaining professional and approachable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
  • A polished and professional presentation
