About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Internal and In-Home Moving Consultants, driving measurable improvement in:

Conversion rates (volume and value)

Revenue and gross margin

Insurance and ancillary service uptake

Sales discipline and process compliance

This is not a desk-based role — you’ll spend significant time in the field coaching, developing, and lifting performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Leadership & Performance

Lead and manage regional sales performance to exceed revenue and margin targets

Run weekly pipeline reviews focused on conversion, pricing and quote quality

Manage KPIs and hold the team accountable to outcomes

Analyse trends, lost opportunities and competitor activity to drive strategy

Coaching & Capability Development

Conduct regular in-field coaching, including joint appointments and live feedback

Develop capability across objection handling, pricing, discovery and closing

Build a high-performance culture through consistent coaching rhythms

Mentor and develop consultants to reach their full potential

Develop the sales strategy within regional branches

Hands-On Sales Involvement

Step into the sales process where required (overflow surveys, phone quotes)

Ensure accuracy, professionalism and strong customer outcomes across all interactions

Drive excellence in sales process discipline

Leadership & Team Culture

Lead, motivate and inspire a geographically spread team

Conduct structured weekly sales meetings and performance reviews

Recruit, develop and performance manage team members

Build a positive, accountable and high-energy sales environment

What We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced sales leader who knows how to deliver results through people.

Proven experience leading a sales team in a KPI-driven environment

Strong track record in conversion, margin and revenue growth

Highly capable coach who can lift individual and team performance

Commercial mindset with strong pricing and negotiation ability

Hands-on leadership style — comfortable being in the field regularly

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in logistics, removals, mobility or service-based sales (advantageous)
