About the Role

As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our accommodation rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standard. You'll help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest by delivering exceptional housekeeping services and maintaining outstanding cleanliness throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standards
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities
• Ensure all rooms are guest-ready within required timeframes
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and back-of-house spaces
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards promptly
• Manage and handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely
• Assist with room turnover processes and housekeeping schedules
• Handle lost property in accordance with venue procedures
• Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
• Support other venue operations as required

About You

• Previous housekeeping, accommodation, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically capable of performing manual handling and cleaning duties
