Description & Requirements

We’re seeking a Shutdown Coordinator/Scheduler to support offshore LNG assets. If you are a Darwin local and looking for an office base position, then this could be your next move. In this role, you’ll work closely with our client’s planning, maintenance and execution teams to ensure all people, tooling and work scopes are ready for offshore campaigns. You’ll play a key part in pe verification, risk identification, and multi-discipline coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager team in compiling major project plans and execution schedules
• Coordinate preventative and corrective work orders
• Works cooperatively with others to accomplish project goals
• Handle enquires and provide information and advice to team members regarding planning and scheduling.
• Review planning and scheduling documentation and identify ambiguities, risks and key issues to be considered by the project execution team.

What you’ll bring

• Tertiary qualifications in related engineering discipline
• Able to prepare plan and schedule documents, proposals, reports and instructional documents.
• Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment
• Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
