Lead Business Analyst

Well established Insurance organization looking for a Lead Business Analyst

Hybrid working model | 6 months + possible extensions | $900/day circa | Geelong, VIC

Your new role and Skills

• Work in a team of Business Analysts, collaboratively contribute to ensuring the delivery of high-quality business outcomes.
• Lead the identification of business, stakeholder and solution (functional and non-functional) requirements through consultation with the business and technology stakeholders, vendors and clients.
• Develop and deliver business analysis artefacts, including requirements specifications, process and data models, in accordance with the project delivery framework and methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops to gather, inform, socialise, and gain acceptance of business analysis deliverables.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new business processes and applications, and enhancements to existing processes and applications.
• Proactively identify, document, and prepare recommendations and alternatives to address existing and potential trouble areas in operating models, processes and technology solutions.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff members and BA resources including identifying and using the most appropriate tools and framework to achieve deliverables.
• Lead and participate in all team events and regular project delivery ceremonies
• Contribute to preparation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) plans & scripts, and lead/support the business representatives.
