Your new role

• Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned to business growth objectives
• Drive brand positioning and storytelling to strengthen market presence and support revenue growth initiatives
• Oversee all marketing channels (digital, PR, content, campaigns) to maximise engagement, lead generation, and conversion
• Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and mentoring key talent
• Partner with the Executive leadership team to shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and track performance against KPIs
• Continuously review and optimise marketing effectiveness, using data and insights to improve ROI and support sustained growth

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in marketing and communications within hospitality or retail environments, with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and brand experience
• A commercially minded leader with the ability to link marketing activity directly to revenue growth and business performance
• Strong people leadership skills, with experience building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving growth environment
• Demonstrated success in delivering integrated campaigns that drive engagement, foot traffic, and conversion
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at Executive level and collaborate cross-functionally
