We’re Looking For Team Players Who Are Eager To Roll Up Their Sleeves And Get To Work. Here’s What We’re Hoping To Find In Our Next Arborist Laborers

  • Experience in Arboriculture practices and a solid understanding of Parks and Gardens work.
  • Ability to tie ropes and knots, along with experience in operating rigging and lowering equipment.
  • Familiarity with commercial wood chippers/mulchers and a passion for maintaining green spaces.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively connect with your team and the community.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, always with a focus on safety.

You will need to hold

  • General Induction for Construction Work Certificate (White Card) or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence - Class MR.
  • Chainsaw Level 1 and Level 2 accreditation.
  • Traffic Controllers Ticket or ability to obtain within probationary period.
  • Implement Traffic Control Plans Ticket or ability to obtain within probationary period.
  • Farm Chemical Users certificate or equivalent or ability to obtain within probationary period.
  • Working Under Overhead Power lines accreditation or ability to obtain within probationary period.

  • Permanent full time, 38 hours per week with the opportunity to work a 9 day fortnight
  • Commencing salary range $60,364 - $66,647 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
  • Plus 12% superannuation
  • Plus Adverse Working Conditions Allowance - Level 1
  • Plus Bi-Annual Bonus Payments,
