We’re now seeking a Clinical Educator to join our team.

Your Opportunity

Full-Time – 12 Month Contract (Potential to extend) - Macquarie Park (Hybrid)

As a Clinical Educator, you’ll play a key role in building the knowledge, skills and capability of nursing and care teams across our Seniors Communities.

Working closely with Learning & Development, Quality and operational leaders, you’ll deliver practical, evidence‑based training that supports strong clinical outcomes and compliance with aged care standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging clinical education and training to nursing and care staff

  • Support onboarding and competency‑based training for new staff

  • Ensure education aligns with aged care standards, compliance and best practice

  • Maintain accurate training records and support audit requirements

  • Evaluate training programs and identify improvement opportunities

  • Support implementation of new clinical policies through education and coaching

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across clinical, L&D and operations teams

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety and clinical excellence

What You’ll Bring

You’re a confident clinician and educator who enjoys developing others and influencing practice across teams.

You’ll bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • 5+ years’ clinical experience in aged care or a related health setting

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)

  • Experience delivering clinical education or training to adult learners

  • Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance requirements

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused approach
