About the Role

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated Showroom Consultant to join our Taren Point showroom, working with retail customers to deliver tailored solutions and an exceptional customer experience. In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the face of our trusted brand as you help to increase sales revenue by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.

This is a role with genuine development and progression opportunities – ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in either customer service or sales.

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
  • Engage with customers in the showroom and help convert enquiries into orders
  • Manage quotes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity to drive conversions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and manage opportunities
  • Contribute to showroom presentation and team performance

About You

  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Previous customer-facing customer service or sales experience
  • Motivated to learn and develop capability
  • Confident engaging with customers and building relationships
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working toward KPIs
  • Previous administration experience or basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to commit to working hours of Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm.
