We're now looking for a Sales Systems Analyst to join our Clayton Head Office team and play a critical role in supporting the systems, data, and processes that drive our Sales and Rental operations.

This is an opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, working with stakeholders, and turning data into meaningful business outcomes.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Sales Systems Manager, you'll become the key business user and subject matter expert for our Sales and Rental applications, helping ensure our systems, data, and processes operate efficiently and effectively.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Information Systems, and external software providers, you'll support business-critical applications while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, enhanced reporting, and greater operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include the following

• Supporting and maintaining key Sales and Rental systems, including Texada Suite, DBS, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Managing data integrity, reporting, and analytics to provide meaningful business insights.
• Acting as the primary contact for system issues, coordinating with software vendors and internal teams to resolve problems.
• Developing and delivering system training and support for Sales and Rental teams.
• Testing, implementing, and supporting system enhancements and software updates.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance business performance.

ABOUT YOU

You're a highly organised and analytical professional who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, data, and people. You can quickly identify issues, develop practical solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

You will ideally have the following skills, experience & attributes:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with business systems, CRM platforms, or sales applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar reporting and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational, project coordination, and change management capabilities.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and technology-driven solutions.
