Technology Communications Lead

Australian Retirement Trust

Take hold of a monster opportunity and join Australian Retirement Trust as our Technology Communications Lead, where you'll shape how our entire Technology function connects, communicates and brings strategy to life. You'll translate complex delivery into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment, engagement and real change across a large-scale environment.

We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Technology Communications Lead, you'll sit at the centre of our Technology function, shaping how strategy, priorities and delivery are communicated across the organisation.

You'll define and deliver an integrated communication and engagement approach that brings clarity to complex initiatives, ensuring our people understand not just what we're doing, but why it matters. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you'll influence communication strategy, guide messaging, and help build capability across the function.

Working closely with Change, Advocacy & Impact, and People teams, you'll orchestrate communications across multiple initiatives to make sure messaging is coordinated, consistent and impactful. From leadership messaging to end-to-end storytelling, you'll play a key role in driving engagement, readiness and adoption across Technology.

This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane.

  • Create high-quality content including leadership messaging, updates, presentations and toolkits.
  • Establish communication cadence, governance and reporting across the Technology function.
  • Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve based on insights and feedback.
  • Support risk and issue communications with clear, timely and aligned messaging.

Qualifications
