Job Description
- Manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with engineering and on site teams to align project goals with company standards.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges proactively.
- Liaise with stakeholders to communicate updates and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure the availability and efficient use of resources, including materials and workforce.
- Support the development and implementation of site management strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

A Successful Site Manager Should Have
- Demonstrated experience in site management within a mining environment.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams of project engineers and

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
