Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the website transformation program, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Own accountability for program outcomes, including budget, governance reporting, and executive-level updates.
- Drive strategic decision-making, balancing commercial objectives with community outcomes.
- Champion user-centred design, improving digital experiences, accessibility, and customer journeys.
- Engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation to support adoption and new ways of working.
- Manage vendor relationships, including procurement oversight, contracts, and performance management.
- Lead change and transition activities, embedding new platforms into business-as-usual operations.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and technology teams to deliver integrated digital outcomes.
- Develop artefacts such as journey maps and process maps to support design, delivery, and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, procurement, and organisational frameworks.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Program Lead Website Transformation Should Have
- Extensive experience leading complex digital or transformation programs, delivering large, multi-stream initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies in high-profile environments.
- Strong track record of leading organisational change and successfully embedding new platforms into BAU.
- Demonstrated experience operating at a senior level with accountability for program outcomes and governance reporting.
- Experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Expertise in user-centred design and service transformation, improving customer experience outcomes.
- Ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive program direction.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
