• 100K – 110K + super
• Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm
• Occasional OT (when required)
• Stable permanent full-time role within a growing organisation
• Site near Smithfield, NSW

• Prior experiences in food manufacturing space.
• Proven leadership experiences.
• Full working rights in Australia

Job Description

• Lead and support production teams (about 15-20)
• Coordinate daily production to meet output and customer requirements.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with approved specifications and recipes.
• Manage rostering, training and team performance.
