Job Title – IT Business Analyst (Banking Domain)

Job Location – Melbourne

Employment Type – Contract/FTC

Key Responsibilities

What role you will play in Team:

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document technical and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Perform end-to-end process analysis and modelling using Signavio (BPMN 2.0) to support system and process improvements.
  • Work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Support system design discussions, integration analysis, and data mapping activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint planning activities.
  • Participate in UAT, SIT, and defect management, ensuring quality delivery of solutions.
  • Contribute to technology transformation, system upgrades, and digital initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, IT governance, and security standards.
