Job Title – IT Business Analyst (Banking Domain)

Job Location – Melbourne

Employment Type – Contract/FTC

Key Responsibilities

What role you will play in Team:

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document technical and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Perform end-to-end process analysis and modelling using Signavio (BPMN 2.0) to support system and process improvements.
Work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
Support system design discussions, integration analysis, and data mapping activities.
Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint planning activities.
Participate in UAT, SIT, and defect management, ensuring quality delivery of solutions.
Contribute to technology transformation, system upgrades, and digital initiatives.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, IT governance, and security standards.
