We are seeking a sophisticated, proactive Senior Project Manager to direct large-scale and complex project in Melbourne on an initial 12 month contract. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of rigid project management discipline and the flexibility to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work independently to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of regional and global talent solutions. You will act as the organizational authority on project delivery, ensuring all solutions are implemented within agreed-upon timescales, budgets, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Implementation: Lead the facilitation of cross-border, multi-regional implementations for MSP, RPO, and SOW solutions.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Build strong business relationships at the management level, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Create and maintain project tools in Smartsheet and Google to track RAID logs, milestones, and contractual documentation.
  • Mentorship & Growth: Provide guidance and buddy support to new colleagues, sharing best practices to improve team efficiency and service quality.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, providing a clear audit trail of accountability for all workstreams.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a logical thinker who can cut through complexity and explain intricate data or situations in a way that is easy for others to understand.

  • Industry Expertise: Evidence of a high level of project management knowledge in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or RPO environments.
  • Experience: Proven experience of project management experience specifically managing complex implementations within the RPO, MSP, and SOW industry.
  • Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of VMS, ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to manage virtual teams across different cultures.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to move between multiple projects simultaneously and perform under time pressure.
