About the Role

Our move to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is redefining how we work by automating processes, improving consistency, and creating a faster, more connected employee experience.

As our People Systems Specialist, you'll lead the governance and continuous optimisation of our Oracle Cloud HCM platform, ensuring it effectively supports workforce processes, employee lifecycle activities, and data-driven decision-making.

Partnering across the business and with external partners, you'll drive system enhancements, manage releases, and strengthen platform performance-ultimately unlocking smarter insights, better data integrity, and more efficient ways of working.

Operating in a hybrid environment, this role offers flexibility, and we encourage applications from candidates based anywhere in Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage the organisation's Oracle Cloud HCM platform, acting as the subject matter expert
• Oversee system configuration, security, workflows, and performance to ensure a stable and efficient HRIS environment
• Drive HRIS governance, data integrity, and system controls, including audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution
• Coordinate system enhancements, changes, and releases, working closely with internal stakeholders and managed service providers
• Optimise HR technology by identifying automation opportunities and improving employee lifecycle processes and user experience
• Partner across People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, and Technology to support reporting, workforce insights and continuous improvement

About You

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (or similar HRIS), including system configuration, workflows, security, and lifecycle processes
• Proven ability to manage system changes, releases, testing, and troubleshoot HRIS issues effectively
• Solid understanding of HR data governance, data quality, and translating business needs into system solutions
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to partner across teams and influence outcomes
• A detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and HR technology innovation
