Our client is a proven and hugely successful builder having delivered a vast number of projects throughout their trading history in Adelaide to time and standard.

Cultivating a reputation for quality, this builder strives to achieve client satisfaction time after time. Project scope is diverse and has typically included apartment, industrial, & commercial projects valued between $5m - $25m.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
  • Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
  • Administer the project HSE system

To be considered for the position of Contract Administrator you will be required to have the following

  • Strong and proven track record on commercial construction projects.
  • Tertiary qualified in construction related degree
  • Strong work ethic and want to be apart of a successful team
