About the Role

This full-time, in-field role is ideal for an experienced Sales Account Manager ready to take ownership of a diverse and rewarding territory across the South Island.

You’ll be responsible for nurturing strong customer relationships, driving growth within existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our presence and brand awareness. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets and KPIs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing a sales territory and consistently achieving KPIs
  • Strong selling, planning, and organisational skills
  • A self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Hairdressing or beauty industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for the professional hair industry
