About Our Client
This is a pivotal leadership role suited to a proven enterprise sales leader with experience navigating complex, high-value environments and engaging mining organisations.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales Director will lead the sales function and drive growth across multiple product streams. You will play a central role in refining commercial strategy, elevating sales execution, and positioning Quartex as a trusted partner to major mining operators.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic oversight with direct involvement in key deals and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the APAC sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and structure to elevate capability
- Own and drive complex enterprise sales cycles, from initial engagement through to contract close
- Build and deepen relationships with Tier 1 mining clients and key industry stakeholders
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline to ensure accurate reporting and visibility
- Partner closely with presales, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client outcomes
- Represent Quartex across industry events, client forums, and strategic engagements.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking a senior sales leader with a strong track record in enterprise software and exposure to the mining & resources technology ecosystem.
Key Experience & Capabilities
- Proven success leading enterprise software sales, including seven-figure deal cycles
- Experience selling into Tier 1& 2 mining organisations
- Strong background managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic account development
- Commercially astute, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Strong executive presence with highly developed communication and negotiation skills
