This role can be based at any of our offices, giving you the flexibility to choose the location that suits you best.

At Boyce, our team members come from all over Australia to deliver a comprehensive suite of financial and advisory services for our diverse clientele, wherever they are. We don’t just believe in excellence; we empower it.

When you become a part of Boyce, you’ll be joining a leading advisory firm with exceptional benefits.

  • An attractive remuneration package that will commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
  • A genuine commitment to Learning & Development, both ‘on the job’ and externally.
  • A highly competitive parental leave package.
  • An extensive wellbeing program, including access to our EAP and five wellbeing days per year.
  • Professional membership with CA/CPA.

About you

You’re a senior superannuation leader ready to shape the direction of an established, growing service line - someone who combines deep technical authority with a genuine passion for developing people and clients.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • CA or CPA qualification, ideally complemented by SMSF Association Specialist Adviser (SSA) accreditation or equivalent.
  • Extensive senior experience in public practice with deep specialisation in SMSF and superannuation, including expert knowledge of superannuation legislation, the SIS Act and ATO requirements.
  • A track record of leadership, leading teams or a service line, and building high-performing, engaged teams (ideally across multiple offices).
  • Strategic and commercial acumen, with the confidence to own a budget, drive growth, and make sound commercial decisions.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients, colleagues, regulators and the broader profession.
  • A people-first, values-led leadership style and a genuine commitment to client care.
  • Permanent working rights in Australia.

At Boyce, we celebrate diversity and welcome applications from candidates from all backgrounds. If you align with some, but not all, of the criteria, we encourage you to apply - your unique perspective could be just what we’re looking for!
