Position 1: Regional Sales Manager (Team Leader)

Locations :

Sydney | Melbourne | Canberra | Western Australia

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve annual sales targets.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies and market expansion plans.

• Recruit, train and mentor team members to build a high-performing sales organization.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, strategic customers and business partners.

• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide market intelligence, sales forecasts and business recommendations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years of team management experience.

• Legally authorized to work in Australia.

• Australian PR and Citizens preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in EV charging, renewable energy, mining equipment, heavy vehicles or industrial equipment preferred.

Position 2: Sales Representative / Business Development Executive

Locations:Sydney | Melbourne | Canberra | Western Australia

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain customers within the assigned territory.

• Expand sales channels and strategic partnerships.

• Achieve individual sales targets and market development objectives.

• Identify opportunities in mining, heavy-duty vehicles, industrial vehicles and EV infrastructure sectors.

• Provide customers with professional charging solutions and technical recommendations.

• Manage the full sales cycle including quotations, negotiations, contracts and project follow-up.

• Participate in exhibitions, technical seminars and business events.

• Collect and analyze market and competitor information.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

• Legally authorized to work in Australia.

• Australian PR and Citizens preferred.

• Strong English communication and customer development skills.

• Experience in EV charging, renewable energy, mining equipment, heavy vehicles, industrial equipment or related industries preferred.

• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to travel.
