Job Description
- Maintain and update information systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the classification and indexing of records in accordance with public sector guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
- Handle information requests promptly and securely.
- Provide advice and support to staff on record-keeping practices and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity of information systems.
- Contribute to the development of improved processes for information management.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Information Management Officer Should Have
- A strong understanding of information and records management principles.
- Experience working within the public sector or similar environments.
- Proficiency in using electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS).
- Experience using CM experience and CM administrator.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

- Hourly pay ranging from $48.00-$52.00 Per Hour + Super.
