We’re looking for a P&C Coordinator to join us on a 9-month max term contract, playing a central role in shaping the day-to-day employee experience. From coordinating employee lifecycle processes to managing HR systems and contributing to key people initiatives, you’ll be the go-to for keeping our People & Culture operations running seamlessly.
To be successful at Smartgroup you will
You bring a genuine curiosity about AI and digital innovation, with an openness to learning how these tools can enhance your role and the way we work.
Bring experience in a P&C / HR coordination or shared services role, with exposure to employee lifecycle processes
Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Have a strong customer service mindset, with a genuine focus on delivering a great employee experience
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across contracts, systems and data
Communicate confidently, with strong written and verbal skills
Be comfortable working with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office
Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach, always looking for ways to improve processes
Be adaptable and resilient, able to navigate change and keep things moving
Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse information and make sound decisions
