The Opportunity
The role will see you providing project controls and programme management support to a team of Project Managers working on multiple projects across our Water team. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining systems and processes that support the successful delivery of these projects.
The role will be Canberra based.
You Will Also Be Responsible For
- Coordination of project financial reports and monitoring time inputs from multi-disciplinary teams
- Checking that project managers are informed about project timelines and coordinating inputs from different disciplines
- Participating professionally and enthusiastically within the project team and provide expertise and support as required
- Building knowledge of client and project processes that will enable a collaborative and successful project environment
About You
You will have a background in project controls or administration along with experience with document management and project management systems, applications and financial tools. Ideally, you have experience in a consulting environment but, more importantly, you'll have an impressive ability to proactively communicate with a large and diverse team and work alongside technical experts and project managers alike.
