About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Lead Client Enablement Manager to lead a team of Client Enablement Managers and oversee the end-to-end delivery of client initiatives across our Boutique Funds portfolio. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in complex, multi-client environments and can bring together client needs, delivery execution, governance, and commercial outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop a team of Client Enablement Managers, driving a high-performing, client-focused culture and consistent delivery practices
- Own portfolio demand end-to-end, ensuring visibility, prioritisation, and seamless delivery from initiation through to invoicing
- Partner with senior stakeholders and clients, acting as an escalation point and ensuring alignment on objectives, delivery commitments, and commercial outcomes
- Oversee estimation and commercial quality, including CRDs, HLEs, and SOWs, ensuring robust solutioning and cost discipline
- Provide portfolio-level governance and delivery assurance, including risk management, reporting, and alignment to governance pathways
- Drive execution oversight, ensuring initiatives are delivered in line with capacity, schedules, and release cycles while proactively managing risks and dependencies
- Manage financial performance, including forecasting, revenue realisation, and monitoring estimates vs actuals
- Lead continuous improvement, enhancing estimation, governance, and delivery practices to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency
What You'll bring
- Strong extensive (7yrs+) experience in portfolio, program, or client delivery leadership roles managing complex portfolios across client-facing or enablement initiatives ideally, experience in superannuation or financial services
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a matrix environment
- Deep understanding of end-to-end delivery, from demand initiation through to invoicing
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior internal and client stakeholders
- Experience in estimation, governance, and commercial management
- Strong commercial acumen, including fee-for-service and project-based delivery models
- Ability to influence without authority, resolve conflicts, and drive cross-functional alignment
- High emotional intelligence and client empathy
