Your new role

As an Estimator, you’ll be a key member of our projects team assisting with major tender submissions and estimating product variations and made-to-order products.

Reporting to the Projects Manager, you’ll have impact on our projects and sales success, supporting projects that supply Australia’s biggest infrastructure builds.

What You Will Be Doing

• Liaising with clients, sales teams and internal stakeholders to provide accurate estimates
• Supporting the preparation of major tender submissions and estimates
• Estimating product variants and made-to-order items

What You Will Bring

You don’t need an engineering background, but you do need to be comfortable reading engineering and production drawings, a sound knowledge on fabrication and have high accuracy in data entry. Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics D365 will be an advantage, although not essential.

You’ll Ideally Have

• Experience in a comparable estimating or sales administration role (1–2 years)
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong communication skills, you’ll work with our customers and internal teams
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• High attention to detail and a strong regard for quality
