Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale, complex technology transformation program for NTT Data. This role will oversee multiple ICT and data initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between internal operations, managed service providers, and global technology vendors.

You will play a critical leadership role in delivering cutting-edge platforms, including a Spatial Digital Twin and next-generation digital cadastre, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks, cyber security standards, and whole-of-government requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role managing multiple project managers, stakeholders, and delivery partners in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICT and data programs across multiple technology streams
• Manage and mentor multiple project managers within the program structure
• Coordinate across internal ICT teams, managed service providers, and external technology vendors
• Ensure successful integration of new platforms with existing enterprise systems
• Drive program governance, reporting, risk management, and compliance with established frameworks
• Oversee delivery across cloud environments including AWS and Azure (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD)
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and program success

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience delivering large-scale ICT and business transformation programs
• Proven leadership capability managing complex, multi-vendor environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at executive level
• Experience with cloud platforms, system integrations, and enterprise architecture
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure delivery environments
• Experience working within regulated or government-aligned environments highly regarded
