Job Description

• Lead a team up to 70 operators & supervisors.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning and workforce development.
• Develop and implement structured training programs for operators and supervisors.
• Ensure WHS compliance, strong safety culture, and adherence to quality standards.
