Senior Commercial Analyst - Capital & Insights

I've partnered with a high-performing organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation, looking to appoint a commercially minded Senior Analyst to support strategic decision-making and investment planning.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of finance, data and operations - ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex information into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance.

The Role

• Provide commercial and financial analysis to support key business decisions
• Evaluate performance of strategic initiatives, projects and investments
• Deliver insights across revenue, cost drivers and operational performance
• Build and enhance reporting, dashboards and data-driven insights
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across finance and operations
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve business outcomes

About You

• Background in commercial finance, FP&A or analytics (typically 5+ years)
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into action
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Professional qualification (CA/CPA) or working towards preferred
