About the Company
We’re partnering with a well-established organisation operating within an essential infrastructure environment to appoint a high-calibre Finance Business Partner. This business plays a critical role in supporting large-scale operations and long-term asset investment across multiple sites.
This is a commercially focused role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insight to support performance, optimise asset utilisation, and drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely performance reporting, highlighting key trends and operational drivers
- Analyse financial and non-financial data to support decision-making across site-based operations
- Partner with operational teams to improve efficiency and maximise asset performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles
- Build financial models to support investment, pricing and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data visibility
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership and ongoing projects
About You
- CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Strong analytical capability with experience in fast-paced, operational environments
- Commercial mindset with an interest in understanding drivers of performance in asset-heavy businesses
- Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to BI tools advantageous
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills across finance and operations
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in evolving environments
