About the Company

We’re partnering with a well-established organisation operating within an essential infrastructure environment to appoint a high-calibre Finance Business Partner. This business plays a critical role in supporting large-scale operations and long-term asset investment across multiple sites.

This is a commercially focused role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insight to support performance, optimise asset utilisation, and drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely performance reporting, highlighting key trends and operational drivers
  • Analyse financial and non-financial data to support decision-making across site-based operations
  • Partner with operational teams to improve efficiency and maximise asset performance
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles
  • Build financial models to support investment, pricing and strategic initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data visibility
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership and ongoing projects

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in fast-paced, operational environments
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in understanding drivers of performance in asset-heavy businesses
  • Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to BI tools advantageous
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills across finance and operations
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in evolving environments
