Paire makes high-comfort, high-tech everyday essentials — socks, underwear, loungewear, activewear and travel basics — loved by 200,000+ Australians. We're building a fast, in-house performance-content engine, and this role sits right at the centre of it.
The role
You'll own paid creative end to end: the angles and hooks, the briefs that turn them into content, and the data that tells you what to scale next. This is performance creative, not brand — success is measured in hook rate, CTR, conversion and contribution, not impressions.
What you'll own
– Develop ad concepts, hooks, angles and scripts (UGC, EGC, lo-fi) for Meta and TikTok
– Write tight creative briefs our producers can execute first time
– Think in message match — your ad and the page it lands on are one unit
– Run a weekly creative testing roadmap — read the data, scale winners, retire losers
What we're looking for
– Proven scaling creative: you've personally produced or directed ads that scaled profitably and held performance as budget grew (be ready to show examples and the metrics that prove it)
– Hands-on experience scaling ads on TikTok and Meta
– Strong performance literacy: you read hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR and ROAS and act on them — no hand-holding
– Briefs sharp enough to hand off without a follow-up call
– 2–3+ years in paid creative strategy, ad creative or performance content (ideally DTC / e-commerce)
– Hungry to learn and grow — you want to take on more over time (this role has real room to grow into landing pages and the wider conversion system)
Nice to have
– Fashion / apparel or comfort-essentials experience
– Fluent with AI tools for creative and copy
– Landing-page / Replo or CRO experience — a plus, and something you'll grow into here
– Comfortable on camera or directing talent
