- Salary from $100K to $108K per annum + 12% Superannuation
- Full Time Permanent
- Based at our Civic Centre in Nunawading

The role
This role will coordinate an integrated, streamlined approach to corporate planning and reporting across Council. You will:
- Coordinate the development and implementation of strategic documents, ensuring alignment across plans and strategies and enabling clear, measurable outcomes
- Contribute to the ongoing maturity of Council’s integrated planning framework, supporting alignment of strategic priorities and influencing long-term organisational direction
- Provide expert advice on service planning and performance across the organisation
- Build organisational capability by promoting a consistent, high-quality approach to planning, monitoring and reporting
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and evidence-based decision-making
About you
You are a motivated and collaborative professional who enjoys working across complex organisations. You bring a strong strategic mindset and are passionate about creating clarity, alignment and meaningful outcomes.
You will have:
- demonstrated experience in corporate planning, strategy or performance reporting
- strong understanding of integrated planning frameworks, ideally within local government or a similar environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content
- the ability to influence, collaborate and build strong relationships across a diverse organisation
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
