Your new role
If you’re experienced in data entry, administration and Excel—or you’re currently studying business or finance and looking to build real-world experience—we have a fantastic opportunity for you.
Join the team behind the scenes of our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program. This role plays a vital part in keeping things running smoothly for a service that supports children of all abilities.
You’ll be a go-to person for timesheet coordination, data tracking, invoice processing and general admin tasks, helping a dedicated team focus on what they do best.
It’s a maximum-term part time role to 30 June 2027, 3 days per week. We offer a hybrid (WFH) and a flexible work environment and can set you up to work remotely, with at least one day per week based in our Broadmeadows office.

Your skills and experience
You'll be right at home at Uniting if you're passionate about providing high-quality early learning experiences and share our belief that children's safety, wellbeing and development should always come first.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive and confident using Microsoft Office. If you enjoy numbers, taking initiative, and thrive in checking off the to-do list, this could be the role for you.
- Admin and data entry experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working with Excel and a tech-savvy mindset
- Good communication skills and customer-focused
- A helpful nature, curiosity, and a can-do attitude
- Proven ability to keep things organised
- Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state-based Child Safety Training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
