About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the JAG planning team at a genuine inflection point. JAG is on a deliberate growth trajectory, and this role sits at the intersection of data-driven commercial planning and real product ownership — with the scope to grow as the business does.
As Junior Merchandise Planner, you will take end-to-end ownership of the JAG core program — managing in stock positions, replenishment, and sell-through targets for lines that sit at the heart of the range. You will work closely with the Planning Manager, contributing to seasonal option planning, buy quantification, and in-season trade management across the store and online network.
A defining feature of this role is its AI dimension. APG & Co. is actively building an AI-powered planning capability, with JAG as the lead brand. You will be a key voice in how that tool is embedded into real planning workflows — reviewing outputs, identifying where automation adds value, and shaping process as it evolves. This is rare for a junior planning role, and it reflects the genuine trust being placed in the right person.
