We are looking for an experienced Parts and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team and provide an outstanding level of customer service to both internal and external customers both via emails and the phone contact centre. You will also be responsible for picking and dispatching of spare parts on a daily basis and ensuring adequate stock levels.

Tasks and Qualifications
Day to day handling of spare parts enquiry availability and delivery methods for over the counter and internal customers via email and phone
Processing of spare parts orders for internal and external customers
Picking and dispatching of spare parts daily
Housekeeping of stores area
Liaise with local and internal parts suppliers, raise purchase orders, receipt and process supplier invoices in a timely manner
Ensure adequate stock levels and general inventory control is maintained on consumables
Requirements for success
Understanding of the key fundamentals of warehousing and stock control.
Medium computer skills in Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel & Outlook.
Experience in using stock control software.
