Warehouse Team Lead

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our Melbourne Operations team. Reporting to the Production Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating warehouse and logistics operations across our Mulgrave and Dandenong sites, with a primary focus on our Mulgrave facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will provide on-site direction and serve as the key point of contact for day-to-day warehouse operations. You will oversee the planning, resourcing and coordination of warehouse activities, while driving consistency in processes and best practices across both sites through close collaboration with the Dandenong team.

As a key member of the operations team, you will play an integral role in delivering strong performance across safety, quality, cost and service. What's the Scoop?

• Lead, coordinate, and actively support day-to-day warehouse operations
• Stay hands-on, forklift operation and floor support will be required
• Oversee inventory accuracy and transactions, with a strong focus on detail
• Use and support systems including SAP / Warehouse Management Systems
• Ensure compliance with OH&S, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
• Support workforce planning, shift coordination, and team performance
• Drive consistency and continuous improvement across warehouse processes
• Act as the on-site escalation point when leadership is not present

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in a warehouse / logistics leadership role
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and actively supporting daily operational requirements.
• Experience with SAP and/or warehouse management systems
• High level of attention to detail, particularly around inventory and processes
• Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lead, coach, and influence teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Early start preferred (approx. 5:30am–6:00am)
