Parc Pavilion
Opened in 2025, Parc Pavilion has quickly become a standout two‑level hospitality precinct in the heart of Cronulla. The venue offers a diverse range of dining and social experiences serviced via 2 kitchens, including a ground‑floor bistro and café offering traditional style of pub flare, takeaway food service, a first‑floor terrace bistro offering a step up to your traditional style of pub fare and cocktail bar, an elevated Italian restaurant, and private dining spaces.
In its debut year, Parc Pavilion was awarded Best Metropolitan Local and Metropolitan Hotel of the Year at the 2025 NSW AHA Awards, cementing our reputation for excellence.
We are seeking a full-time Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations for Parc Pavilion.
Your responsibilities
As Head Chef of Parc Pavilion, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage all culinary operations within Parc Pavilion's two kitchens.
- Develop and execute innovative and high-quality menus that reflect the diverse offerings of the venue.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team.
- Ensure adherence to the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement.
About You
- Chef’s Trade Qualifications and extensive experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, multi-kitchen venue.
- Must reside and hold a valid working visa in Australia.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing kitchen team members.
- Attention to detail for plating presentation and an excellent understanding of current food trends.
- Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
