About the Role
As our Senior Clinician, you'll play a key role in strengthening clinical practice, providing clinical leadership and mentorship to Occupational Therapists across a broad range of presentations, while driving the development, implementation and continuous improvement of group programs, Autism assessments and Functional Capacity Assessments.
This role combines hands-on clinical work with professional leadership, giving you the opportunity to directly impact client outcomes while building the capability of the broader team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to Occupational Therapists and students
- Lead and contribute to case reviews and reflective practice activities
- Support service development, quality improvement and innovation initiatives
- Promote best practice and contemporary clinical approaches across the team
- Assist with clinician onboarding, training and workforce development
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes
About You
You are a confident and experienced Occupational Therapist who enjoys supporting others to thrive while maintaining your own clinical excellence.
You'll bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Significant experience delivering occupational therapy services across diverse client presentations
- Experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring and professional support
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive service improvement and implement best practice
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to person-centred, outcomes-focused care
