The Role

Anglicare are currently seeking to hire a full-time permanent Intake Administration Officer to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to our client onboarding team and support the acquisition and servicing of Anglicare Southern Queensland clients.

This role has a fantastic 4 Day WFH split and would suit someone who is dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership of tasks, effective time management, and consistent accountability while working remotely. Success in the role would require maintaining regular and proactive communication with the reporting manager and team to ensure visibility of progress, priorities, and any issues impacting delivery.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Eight Mile Plains paid an hourly rate of $35.65.

Your role in supporting Anglicare will include

  • Provide customer relations and advanced administrative support
  • Process and prioritise client enquiries in the CRM and relevant government portals
  • Proactively review client funding levels and service requirements
  • Manage and maintain client databases to increase lead generation and pipeline flow
  • Support in the coordination of community engagement opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional and professional service by responding to and assisting clients and other stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Maintain an understanding of service intake processes and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders accordingly
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership of tasks, effective time management, and consistent accountability while working remotely.
  • Maintain regular and proactive communication with the reporting manager and team to ensure visibility of progress, priorities, and any issues impacting delivery.
  • Work collaboratively and provide additional support as needed to the reporting manager and the wider team

What you will bring to the role

  • National Police Check (or ability to attain)
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar and/or significant practical experience in a similar role
  • Ability to problem solve complex client situations relating to a variety of funding programs, including Support at Home (SaH)
  • Solutions-focused with experience in gathering and collating information from multiple sources
  • Strong customer service with particular focus on verbal communication and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated abilities in being responsible and accountable for own work, including resolving operational problems, monitoring work quality and training/mentoring others
  • Experience in using CRM and CMS systems, Sugar CRM and Alayacare experience preferred.
  • Experience in prioritising and processing a large quantity of data in a fast-paced environment
